Areas We Serve Across Flathead County

We are based in Kalispell, and that is where most of our work is. We take projects throughout the Flathead Valley — the drive is short, the crew is the same one every day, and we already know what building in this valley does to a schedule.

Below is where we will travel, and what tends to be different about each.

Kalispell

Home base, and where most of our work is. Established neighborhoods where remodels and additions have to tie into houses built decades apart, and newer ground on the edges of town where we are starting from bare dirt.

Whitefish

A short drive north, and a different set of site conditions. In-town lots are tight and often already built on, so additions and remodels have to work within what is there. Outside town, the ground goes uphill quickly — hillside sites bring access, grade, and drainage into the conversation before anything else gets decided.

Finish expectations tend to run high in Whitefish. That suits us, because cabinetry and trim are built by our own crew rather than ordered in.

Columbia Falls

Near the Glacier Park entrance, with a mix we like: older housing stock that suits remodels, additions, and kitchen and bath work, alongside newer building on larger parcels outside town. Close enough that the crew is on site at a normal hour.

Bigfork

On the northeast side of Flathead Lake. Lakefront and lake-view lots are the draw and also the challenge — steep, wooded, and often with awkward access for equipment. On a lake lot, how you get materials to the site is a real design constraint, not an afterthought.

We will find out what your specific lot involves before you commit to a design.

Lakeside

West shore of the lake, and much the same story as Bigfork — slope, views, and sites where the excavation plan shapes the floor plan rather than the other way around.

Creston

East of Kalispell, open ground and larger parcels. We have built here — see the new build gallery in Creston.

What Is the Same Everywhere in This Valley

Wherever the site is, some things do not change. Snow load. Freeze-thaw on anything exterior. A build season that closes earlier than people moving here expect.

We handle most trades in house — framing through cabinetry, decks, windows and doors — which means fewer gaps between subs and fewer weeks lost waiting on somebody else’s calendar. In a valley where the weather sets the deadline, that matters more than it does most places.

Whatever your project needs in the way of applications and approvals, that is part of what you are hiring us for. We will find out what applies to your build, prepare and submit the paperwork, and keep track of where each item stands — so you are not calling around trying to find out who is in charge.
